Blueberry & Beet Cocktail

10 | blueberries | |
70 | ml | beetroot juice |
25 | ml | lemon juice |
15 | ml | sugar syrup |
fresh rosemary | ||
1 | egg white |
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
