Tasting from 28.04.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

The nose has notes of sun-dried tomatoes, olives and mulberry. In addition, it is herbaceous and spicy with smoky nuances. Fresh on the palate, with straightforward acidity and elegant concentration. Ripe, slightly noticeable tannin and long finish.
