Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Dark ruby with purple reflections. Spicy bouquet with notes of black pepper and clove, plus cassis and ripe black cherry. Shows plenty of power and fruit on the palate, with fleshy aromas, the acidity balances everything out. Dark chocolate on the long finish.
